Rating: Excellent Comments: I erroneously ordered a floating opal necklace that was much larger than I expected. I returned it for a smaller replacement and received outstanding customer service. The people are cordial and courteous and are genuinely interested in customer satisfaction.

Dear Jeff - you were right. They are GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful and actually, perfect. We are both knocked out with everything about them.. The diamonds are wonderfully brilliant and they really work with the whole piece. Not only are they in the right proprtion, but they work withe other parts. You see, the bar connecting the stud with the opal is exactly the width of Margaret's earlobe at that point, so the opal and it's case swing just below the ear. Meanwhile the dangle works really well with Margaret saying how comfotably heavy they are so when they swing, she's reminded that they are there. The opals are just wonderful. Their colour is such a match to Margaret's eyes that they look as though they were chosen and made just for her!! I am, we are, both so pleased. I received the opal ring today and was delighted. I do a certain amount of needlepoint under a magnified light, and I think I spent more time looking at the lights in the stone sparkling than I did the needlepoint. :) I've appreciated the candidness and sincerity in your emails. Thank you I received the earrings at 2 PM on Friday, so they were there when I had to leave for the weekend. They look great and they match a ring and pendant set that my wife got in Australia last year. She enjoyed the "Story of Opals" booklet that came with the gift. I'm finally finding time to use my computer for something other than school! I just wanted to send you a note to let you know that I LOVE THE RING!!! It is soooooo beautiful!! I wore it to my daughter's graduation and my mother saw it for the first time. I was a little worried about her reaction because I didn't tell her I was doing anything with it, but she LOVED IT TOO! I have gotten so many compliments since then. I want to send the check but I lost the little piece of paper with the amount on it. I remember the $500 but forget what the rest was. So send it to me via internet and I will put a check in the mail today or tomorrow. Well, gotta to go to work. Only two more weeks for me!! I'll check my mail tonight for the amount of the ring. Jeff, I picked up the gold chain this morning at the Post Office at about 7 am. I didn't open the box until I arrived at my office at 8. It looks GREAT! Thank you. Good morning! Yes, the ring would be easier to see in better lighting!! Are you taking these pictures in a bedroom????? When I was magnifying the ring, I caught the reflection in the band!! Ha Ha Ha Ring looks great!!!!! He is excited about his ring, and I take great joy in taunting him about it. Brad thinks he has an idea of what it looks like, but of course, he is completely out in left field. He wants to see the ring before the ceremony. However, I think I might just find some cheap band,let him think that is his ring, and then surprise him. What do you think? Only thing is, I have got to figure out where you can send it so that he does not get to it before I do!!! Remember the message inside "With God's Blessing." I love his and think "we" ,okay really you. but I will be more than happy to take some credit, designed the perfect ring for him!! Have you been able to begin on my band yet? Yes.... the necklace is esquiset. I could not tak emy eyes off of it. It took me an hour to wrap the case as I could not bear to cover it up it was so gorgeous. The package arrived on friday but I have been out of town for the military so just got yesturday. I simply enjoyed it and am most pleased. You certainly have gained my appreciation and my future business.

My name is Donn Green, and I do not know if you remember me but a few years ago I contracted you to make an engagement ring for my wife. (It is currently on you wweb site gallery as the \'Platinum Greek Trillion Diamond\' design.
Two years ago this month, you also made our weeding band for us. Mine was a smiple Greek key design with no stones, and her bands were thin platinum design to fit on both either side of the awesome engagement ring you made.
I just wanted to stop and write you this e-mail (three years later) to let you know that the engagement ring and bands are still absolutely perfect and that my wife never stops getting complments on how unique they are.
When people ask about where she obtained the rings (which they always do)she replies that her husband got them custom designed just for her.
This of course makes me look that the greatest guy ever.

Hello Jeff,
I received my package Friday morning at my office as promised.

I was afraid to open it. I dont\'t know why, but I was. I thought it would be best to be in the privacy of my home to open it in case I want to laugh out loud, scream, or cry.So I put the package in my tote bag and watched it all day long.

I left work at 3:30 as usually, stopped at Walmart and the office supply to pick up ink cartridges for my printer. I made it home around 6:00 p.m. with my package still unopened.

I opened and read my mail, put up my groceries and checked my voice mail and returned calls with my package still unopened.

Around 8:00 p.m. I placed the package on the bed, gently took the scissors and began to reveal what was on the inside. First, I read the appraisal and insurance policy.

Next.. I was impressed by the beautiful jewelry box..... then I opened it!!!

Jeff, I was blown away!!! You did a superb job!! Fantastic!!! I am very happy!!! Thanks!

Now I am wondering what you look like, since you have a photo of me. I would like to see what the man looks like that made my dreams come true, and made me believe that there are people in the world that are honest and can be trusted.

Quote #1 - local jeweler, with poor customer service. I constintly had to call and get all info for the guy. He needed sizes and measurements for all parts of the ring. $3k and included .25 tcw of side diamonds
Quote #2 - out of state jeweler, $2200. and included .25 ctw. But would take 12-16 weeks
Quote #3 - out of state jeweler, #2800. Needed many, many measurements to start.

I decided to call SK and find a local jeweler so i could examine the ring and get the necessary info on widths in MM, arcs, weight of diamonds etc. With all that work, I decided to turn around and give it to you. Honestly, you had the best possible service I've ever received.

I looked at the images of the ring design and .....WOW! You guys took the limited and not too good drawings and turned them into what was in our heads. I showed them to Amy, and she agreed. It looks GREAT. The "A" and the venter part are wonderful. The only minor issue is the "J". The groove in the center should probably be a little wider as to be more pronounced, and the top and bottom a little more curvey as to match the "A". But like I said already....WOW! I did receive the ring early this morning, but not before I called your office to ask that a trace be placed on it. The shipping label was so faint that it could not be read, so someone placed it into the mail slot of our purchasing person. She overheard me asking about it and produced the package.

I can't describe how beautiful the final product is. The pictures made it out to be very, very nice - but they pale in comparison to seeing the real stone and setting. It was a pleasure doing business with you - The piece is beautifully designed and executed, the opal as you described it (and more) and the turn-around and delivery were prompt and on schedule.

Seeing that today is the Winter Solstice I considered wearing it myself and sitting in th moonlight for a while to see if anything

"mystical" might occur .

I want to thank you for all your help. It has taken me a while to get this to you, but the longer it has taken me to write you, the more complements Debbie has received from others. We were engaged at the Castle Glen in Ireland and when I gave the ring to her, she was speechless. I later found out that she first thought I must have "found" it in the castle. It was too pretty and unique for me to have smuggled it to Ireland and kept it from her for several days.

We were in a jewelery store in Kilarney Village and the owner asked to see it. He was dumb founded. He said it was the best set of stones he has ever seen. We thought he was just being nice. Later that night we went to a local pub and heard some one talking about jewelry, it was the owner bragging about the ring he had seen earlier in the day, he had not even seen us walk into the pub yet.

The entire process was wonderful, I had three different custom jewelers trying to win the business. Your professionalism and helpfulness to deliver such a unique request, and to grasp the spirit of the ring, placed you far and above all the others. I would recommend you to any one that trying make a one of a kind piece.

Now hopefully the marriage will go a easily as the making of the ring. It sure got it off to a good start.

I don't really know where to begin with telling you and your crew "Thank You". The ring is so beautiful...She cried like a baby when I gave it to her! We have had so many compliments on the design, and the detail with which it was made. I don't remember the name of the gentleman you said carved it out, but please tell him for me that he is an absolute genius!!! I know this was a difficult ring to make, but seeing it....Wow....most people don't believe me when I tell them that it was hand made. Kudos to you and your team of people.
I hope that one day we can make a trip to Oklahoma City to meet you, it would be a real honor for me and Debbie! In the mean time however, I would love a picture of you and your entire crew so that we can add it our scrap book for future memories. I hope that's not asking too much, you have already gone way over and above on this project!

Hi Everyone!!!

As you have probably already heard, It's official, I asked, and she said " Are you serious???". Followed shortly there after with a "Yes!" I took her horse back riding at a ranch in Winona. We had the most incredible trail guide named Tina for our adventure, she really pulled out all the stops for us, it couldn't have been more perfect! And the ring was Flawless!!! I had it created to my design by a gentleman named Jeff Thompson out of Oklahoma City. He and his crew did a fabulous Job, and delivered a perfect one of a kind ring right on time, Thanks Jeff!!!
